By accessing or using AI Arch Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AI Arch Hub is an AI-powered enterprise architecture analysis platform that helps consultants and enterprise architects conduct Outside-In analysis, generate business capability maps, and produce application architecture diagrams.

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at aiarchhub@163.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain full ownership of all business data, analyses, and outputs you create within the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Arch Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. For disputes, we encourage resolution through direct communication before any legal proceedings.
